• 12:30 PM – Report Time (Arrive to PA In Warmup with hair and makeup complete, eat before you arrive)
• 1:00 PM – Warm Up Onstage
• 2:00 PM – Rehearse chunks in the small gym
  • Prepare small gym for warmup area

• 3:00 PM – Rehearse in the main gym with props
• 3:45 PM – Doors Open to the public
• 4:00 PM – Calypso Warm Up
• 4:15 PM – Revolutionary Performs 
• 4:30 PM – Calypso Performs 
• 5:00 PM – Building Cleared and Dismissal
