Marchers will be riding a Venture Double-Decker tour bus to Lynchburg with Chaperones and Mr. & Mrs. Boyd on Saturday, 11/6/21. Marchers must arrive at PA no later than 2:00 am. Bus will be departing promptly at 3:00 am. We ask that their bags be brought on Friday for a “Bag Check” completed by MCPA. They may bring their bags in the morning and they will be secured by Mr. Boyd. Following Bag Check, they do not see them again until Hotel Check-in. We secure them until loaded on the bus.
MCPA is selling seats on the Tour Bus for $25/person. If you don’t want to drive, ride with FMC! Payment to be made to MCPA and must be paid no later than Thursday, 11/4/21. *Note: You will need to reserve your own hotel accommodations in Lynchburg.
**IMPORTANT **All medicines must be in a Zip Lock Bag with your child’s name on it and given to Chaperone Tracy Roeck – no child is allowed to carry any type of medicine (Not even Over the Counter meds. All medicines must be in original packaging and clearly marked with dosage and all pertinent information, including their name.
